Cause: The EXEMG circuit is abnormal. Remedy: The EXEMG signal is miswired. Refer to the Controller Maintenance Manual for more information. After these measures, the release operation of chain abnormal state is necessary. 1. The emergency stop button on the teach pendant or operator panel is pressed once, and released. 2. F4 'RES_1CH' is pressed on the Alarm Active screen. 3. The reset button is pressed.
