Cause: Increased error limit for Robot(stationary) tip is set to 0.0mm Remedy: Set the Increased error to a value greater than 0.0mm if the Increased Error checking is needed. This item is set on the Tip Wear Detection screen (within the Servo Gun SETUP screen).
