Code 114: Shuttle Out Fault
Issue Description & Safety Warning
The Haas VF-Series CNC has triggered a critical Shuttle Out Fault alarm. Immediate attention from a qualified operator or maintenance technician is required to prevent secondary damage to the equipment or spoiled parts during the manufacturing cycle. Always ensure standard safety and LOTO procedures are followed before accessing electrical cabinets.
Official Troubleshooting Steps
Tool changer not completely to left. During a tool change operation the tool in/out shuttle failed to get to the OUT position. Parameters 62 and 63 can adjust the time-out times. This alarm can be caused by anything that jams the motion of the slide or by the presence of a tool in the pocket facing the spindle. A loss of power to the tool changer can also cause this. Check relays K9K12, and fuse F1 on IOPCB.
