Operation possible only in EnDat2.1 mode [Error correction] - Check whether the encoder supports EnDat 2.2 - Check the motor table (SYS column) - Check the configuration datum motEncType - Check the cable ground and shield - Check the cable (compare the cable ID number with the documentation) - Check the speed encoder cable (defective or too long) - Check the speed encoder - Change EnDat mode (motEncType) - Exchange the motor control board - Inform your service agency
