[Cause of error] - In one of the probing cycles 400, 403 or 420, you defined a contradictory combination of measuring points and measuring axes. - The selection of measuring points in Cycle 430 results in division by 0. [Error correction] - For measuring axis = reference axis (Q272=1), the parameters Q264 and Q266 are defined at different values. - For measuring axis = minor axis (Q272=2), the parameters Q263 and Q265 are defined at different values. - For measuring axis = probe axis (Q272=3), the parameters Q263 and Q265 or Q264 and Q266 are defined at different values. - Select the measuring points so that they always have different coordinates in all axes.
