The Mitsubishi M800/M80 CNC has triggered a critical Safety Function Warnings alarm. Official Troubleshooting Steps
An error occurs in the communication betw een the control unit and remote I/O unit. Disconnection of a cable Fault in remote I/O unit Fault of power supply to remote I/O unit The communication interrupted station is displayed in he xadecimal for each RIO channel when an error occurs in the communication between the control unit and remote I/O unit. When the control displays a communicatio n stop station, it divides the RIO channel stations (up to 64 stations) into groups of 8 stations.
