[Saved position at power shut OFF] and [restored positi on at power ON] are inconsistent in SLP/SCA encoder diagnosis during power OFF. Displays the name of axis with error. Remedy There are two causes of this alarm; one is "the axis being moved during power OFF" and the other is "the in- correct restoring of the position at power ON". When it is likely with the cause "the axis being moved during power OFF", the alarm can be cancelled by turning ON the Safety reset signal while the Special safety alarm cancel signal is ON. When it is likely with the cause "the incorrect restoring of t he position at power ON", encoder may be faulty. Contact our service center.
