Details Input signals from the safety I/O unit are inconsistent between PLC1 and PLC2. Displays the information of the unit with an error. bit24-27: Unit No. bit0-15: Signal BIT Safety observation target axes are stopped. (*) The unit No. indicates the unit in which an alarm occurs. The channel No. and station No. to which the unit is connected can be confirmed by the following parame- ters. Channel No.: #51501 + 10 × (Unit No. - 1) Station No.: #51502 + 10 × (Unit No. - 1) Remedy Any input device (emergency stop button, for exampl e) connected to the safety I/O unit may be faulty. Check the input devices. NC unit or safety I/O unit may be faulty . Exchange the NC unit or safety I/O unit.
