Official Troubleshooting Steps
Details There is a discrepancy between the PLC side parameter (I/O allo cation setting) and CNC side parameter (safe- ty I/O allocation). The setting of "Top XY" on the PLC side is di fferent from "DI(DO) dev No." on the CNC side. The number of registered safety signal un its is different between PLC and CNC sides. Remedy Correct the parameters to be consistent between PL C and CNC. After that turn OFF and ON the CNC power.
