Details A communication error has occurred in the communic ation that uses a CC-Link IE field network unit. n1: Indicates the No. of slot to which the expansion un it with the communication error or diagnostic alarm is mounted (in hexadecimal format). n2: Indicates the alarm No. of the slot where the comm unication error or diagnostic alarm is occurring (in hexa- decimal format).
