Message value: Fault cause: %1 bin Drive object: All objects Reaction: OFF2 Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY Cause: The hardware current limitation in the relev ant phase (see A30031, A30032, A30033) has responded too often. The number of times the limit has been exceeded depends on the design and type of power unit. For infeed units, the following applies: - closed-loop control is incorrectly parameterized. - load on the infeed is too high. - Voltage Sensing Module incorrectly connected. - commutating reactor missing or the incorrect type. - power unit defective. The following applies to Motor Modules: - closed-loop control is incorrectly parameterized. - fault in the motor or in the power cables. - the power cables exceed the maximum permissible length. - motor load too high - power unit defective. Fault value (r0949, interpret binary): Bit 0: Phase U Bit 1: Phase V Bit 2: Phase W Remedy: For infeed units, the following applies: - check the controller settings, if required, reset and identify the controller (p0340 = 2, p3410 = 5). - reduce the load, if required, increase the DC link capacitance or use a higher-rating infeed. - check the connection of the optional Voltage Sensing Module. - check the connection and technical data of the commutating reactor. - check the power cables for short-circuit or ground fault. - replace power unit. The following applies to Motor Modules: - check the motor data. - check the motor circuit configuration (star-delta). - check the motor load. - check the power cable connections. - check the power cables for short-circuit or ground fault. - check the length of the power cables. - replace power unit.
