The number of times the limit has been exceeded depends on the design and type of power unit. For infeed units, the following applies: - closed-loop control is incorrectly parameterized. - load on the infeed is too high. - Voltage Sensing Module incorrectly connected. - commutating reactor missing or the incorrect type. - power unit defective. The following applies to Motor Modules: - closed-loop control is incorrectly parameterized. - fault in the motor or in the power cables. - the power cables exceed the maximum permissible length. - motor load too high - power unit defective. Fault value (r0949, interpret binary): Bit 0: Phase U Bit 1: Phase V Bit 2: Phase W Remedy: For infeed units, the following applies: - check the controller settings, if required, reset and identify the controller (p0340 = 2, p3410 = 5). - reduce the load, if required, increase the DC link capacitance or use a higher-rating infeed. - check the connection of the optional Voltage Sensing Module. - check the connection and technical data of the commutating reactor. - check the power cables for short-circuit or ground fault. - replace power unit. The following applies to Motor Modules: - check the motor data. - check the motor circuit configuration (star-delta). - check the motor load. - check the power cable connections. - check the power cables for short-circuit or ground fault. - check the length of the power cables. - replace power unit.
