Message value: %1 Drive object: All objects Reaction: OFF2 Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY Cause: Chip temperature of the semiconductor has exceeded the permissible limit value. - the permissible load duty cycle was not maintained. - insufficient cooling, fan failure. - overload. - ambient temperature too high. - pulse frequency too high. Fault value (r0949): Temperature difference between the heat sink and chip [1 Bit = 0.01 °C]. Remedy: - adapt the load duty cycle. - check whether the fan is running. - check the fan elements - check whether the ambient temperature is in the permissible range. - check the motor load. - reduce the pulse frequency if this is higher than the rated pulse frequency. Notice: This fault can only be acknowl edged after this alarm threshold for alarm A05001 has been undershot. See also: r0037 SINAMICS-Alarms
