The change is only checked fo r encoders with serial number (e.g. EnDat encoders). Cause: The encoder was replaced. Note: With closed-loop position control, the serial number is accepted when starting the adjustment (p2507 = 2). When the encoder is adjusted (p2507 = 3), the serial number is checked for changes and if required, the adjustment is reset (p2507 = 1). Remedy: Mechanically adjust the encoder. Accept the new serial number with p0440 = 1.
