Official Troubleshooting Steps
Definitions: No user-specific SDB available. The default SDB was loaded during start-up. Without process peripherals, the NC is ready for a start-up. The alarm is triggered the first time the NC is swit ched on, or once, if the SDB stored in the supported RAM is lost. Reaction: Alarm display. Remedy: Generate user-specific SDB and load it into the c ontrol system, or select and activate standard SDB via MD11240 $MN_PROFIBUS_SDB_NUMBER. Restart the NC. If the error occurs again when the NC is switched on the next time, the loaded SDB is incorrect and must be generated again. Program Continuation: Clear alarm with the Delete key or NC START.
