Code type: Auto-tuning fault/alarm Manual section: Yaskawa A1000 Troubleshooting The encoder signal lines are not properly connected to the drive. Check and correct wiring to the PG encoder. Motor and PG direction are opposite. Check the motor speed monitor U1-05 while turning the motor manually in forward direction. If the sign displayed is negative, change the setting of parameter F1-05. The load pulled the motor in the opposite direction of the speed reference and the torque exceeded 100%. Uncouple the motor from the load and repeat Auto-Tuning.
