Official Troubleshooting Steps
Moisture sensor on the main spindle motor has responded after a delay time. PLC input signal "Moisture sensor main spindle motor“ is not present. Coolant supply is shut off immediately. (2nd coolant pump and 2nd coolant valve Off) Feed Stop and Spindle Stop, as far as no thread-cutting or tool change is pending. 1. Check moisture sensor on main spindle motor (leakage at Deublin). 2. Check PLC input signal "Moisture sensor main spindle motor". 3. Depending on the sensor type, check the evaluation device in the control cabinet (actuation and setting). 4. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, switch to "manual mode" and press the following key: [RESET] Message is cleared. Coolant high pressure is activated, but the moisture sensor input = 0 (Moisture monitoring in the spindle) [OK corresponds to high pressure and PLC input signal = 1 ].
