The float switch "Coolant level clean water MIN“ signals "Minimum" (signal state = 0). The switch is evaluated with a delay time (Txx). The PLC input signal "Coolant level clean water MIN." is not present. Feed STOP and Spindle STOP The 1st coolant pump, the 2nd coolant pump and the bed rinsing are turned off immediately. Error messages Cooling lubrication Min. clean water coolant level 1. Check filling level in the clean water tank. 2. Check the float switch "Coolant level clean water MIN." and the PLC input signal. 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared.
