The float switch "Coolant level chip conveyor MIN“ signals minimum (signal state = 1). Coolant tank is empty. The PLC input signal "Coolant level chip conveyor minimum" is present. 0 = Coolant level OK 1 = Coolant low Feed Stop and Spindle Stop after end of program The 1st coolant pump is switched off after end of program. 1. Check the coolant level in the chip conveyor. 2. Check the float switch "Coolant level chip conveyor MIN." and the PLC input signal. 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared and the machining program can be continued.
