Coolant high pressure has not been selected but the moisture sensor registers nevertheless. PLC input signal "Moisture sensor main spindle motor“ is still present. Feed Stop after end of program (Program end with M02, M30 or change work area / table side) The activation of the coolant high pressure will be switched off (Motor + Valves). 1. Check moisture sensor on main spindle motor (cable breakage). 2. Check "Vegator" in control cabinet (check activation / setting / PLC input signal). 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared and the machining program can be continued. Coolant high pressure is not activated, but the moisture sensor input = 1 (cable breakage monitoring of moisture sensor). [OK means no high pressure and PLC input signal = 0].
