One of the component overcurrent trips in the control cabinet of the coolant system has been activated. PLC input signal "Coolant system malfunction“ is not present. Feed STOP and Spindle STOP The 1st coolant pump, the 2nd coolant pump and the bed rinsing are turned off. 1. Check the settings of the overcurrent trip and current of the respective motor. 2. Check the motors for easy running. 3. Check the PLC input signal "Coolant system malfunction". 4. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: or press. [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared.
