Either a tool change ( M6 / M16 ) was programmed or the manual tool change function was activated with the [MANUAL TOOL CHANGE] key, but there is no enable for it. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. Desired function is not executed. 1. Switch to "Manual mode". 2. Press [RESET] key. Message is cleared. Observe additionally pending error messages. The release for “Tool change“ remains blocked if: the service function "M88“ (tool changer) is active. Service function M555/H55 (setting mode tool changer) is active. Service function M90 (workpiece changer) is active. the axes are located in the area of the central splash guard. the 4th/5th axis is in the blocked area of the tool changer. The Z-axis is not in the tool changing area for manual tool changing (> -10.000).
