Official Troubleshooting Steps
The Z-axis is on the EMERGENCY STOP hardware cam Machine control is switched off. Switch control on at the operating panel. Keep Control On pressed. Move away from the end position with the corresponding axis in the correct direction. Release Control On. Error messages can be cleared with RESET. JOG: The "movement command" is only possible in the opposite direction. INC: Attention: The "movement command" is possible in both directions. Describe remedy. Machine with bypass switch S100 (old version) Activate loose key switch S100 on the control cabinet (hold S100 pressed until the end position has been left again). Error messages Axes (X-Y-Z) Limit switch Z-axis Switch control on at the operating panel. Move away from the end position with the corresponding axis in the correct direction. JOG: The "movement command" is only possible in the opposite direction. INC: Caution: the "movement command" is possible in both directions Note: Traverse the axis until the message 510003 0 0 "OPERATOR BYPASS SWITCH PUSHED" appears. Afterwards, bypass switch S100 must be released again. Error messages can be cleared with RESET.
