The overcurrent release switch of an important machine component has triggered. Control of the machine is switched off and cannot be switched on. 1. Check the setting of the overcurrent release switches or the motor current. 2. Turn on the overcurrent release switch. 3. Switch on the control with the [Control ON] key. Control is switched on. 4. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press the following key: [RESET] Message is cleared. The overcurrent release switch of a machine component has triggered. Cause 1: Cause 2: Error messages Power supply Bimetals tripped The error has the following effect: The error message appears immediately. "Feed Stop", as far as no thread-cutting or feed ( G1 ) is pending. No axis movements possible. "Spindle Stop", as far as no thread-cutting or feed ( G1 ) is pending. Tool spindle is stopped. Speed no longer possible. For MT series: Channel-specific "Feed Stop" and "Spindle Stop", as far as no thread-cutting or feed ( G1 ) is pending. The other channel, respectively, continues to run until the condition is met here, too. 1. Check the setting of the overcurrent release switches or the motor current. 2. Turn on the overcurrent release switch. 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [CYCLE START] [FEED START] Message is cleared and the machining program can be continued.
