Código 700031: Tool live management error (Siemens)

An internal tool management acknowledgement to the „NCK“ has been interrupted by an error and not realised correctly. Either „Reset“ or „Emergency Stop“ was actuated during the tool changing procedure (resaving of tool data). The „Changer up/down“ with „Tool change manual“ or „SE functions“ procedure was interrupted. (Reset, Emergency Stop etc.) The asynchronous resaving of tool data from the magazine to spindle (or vice versa) was thus not realised correctly. A spindle tool was defined, but the tool is not in the tool table. The tool change procedure is stopped. 1. Moving tool changer to home position 2. Press the [RESET] key or [Lamp test]. Message is cleared. A spindle tool should be defined which is in the tool table if the message 700060 „Spindle tool not defined“ is displayed.
