The command "Index chain index" is output but there is no acknowledgement of the corresponding sensor. PLC input signal "Chain index indexed" is not present. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. If the sensor signals are correct within a monitoring period, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check the "Chain index indexed" sensor and the associated PLC input signal. 2. Check the activation and valve "index chain index". 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared. 4. Press [TOOL CH HOME POS.] key. Tool changer moves to home position.
