代碼 700041: Workpiece changer not locked/down

Actuation "Lock workpiece changer" is output, but there is no response from the corresponding sensor. PLC input signal "Workpiece changer locked" is not registered. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. If the sensor signals are correct within a monitoring period, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check the sensor "Workpiece changer locked" and the associated PLC input signal. 2. Check the actuation and the valve "Lock workpiece changer". 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared and the machining program can be continued. The workpiece changer can be moved to its home position with the service function M90 and M271 as far as the switches signal OK again. Chapter 2.11 ‘Workpiece change’ on page 12
