Trigger „Position quad-ring" has been removed during tool change but the pressure switch still registers "positioned" after approx. 1 second. PLC input signal „Quad-ring positioned“ is still present. Feed Stop and Spindle Stop after tool change. 1. Check the trigger and the valve "Position Quad-ring". 2. Check pressure switch „Quad-ring positioned“ and the associated PLC input. 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]. Message is cleared. Error messages Tool spindle Spindle quad-rings not released The valve „Position Quad-ring“ can be actuated via service functions in order to test the functions. M88 & H61 = Position Quad-ring (On) M88 & H62 = Position Quad-ring (Off)
