Official Troubleshooting Steps
The temperature sensor on the hydraulic unit has been activated (signal state =0). The temperature of the hydraulic oil is too high. The PLC input signal "Temperature monitoring clamping hydraulic system" does not exist. The error has the following effect: The hydraulic pump is switched off immediately. "Feed Stop", as far as no thread-cutting or tool change is pending. 1. Check temperature of the hydraulic unit. 2. Check the temperature sensor and the PLC input signal "Clamping hydraulics temperature monitoring". 3. Check the "Clamping hydraulics system pressure“ valve actuation. It is possible that the ON / OFF switching is too short [leakage]. 4. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press the [FEED START] key. Message is cleared.
