Official Troubleshooting Steps
The system pressure has not been reached on the hydraulic unit within 15 seconds. The "Clamping hydraulics system pressure“ PLC input signal was available for longer than 15 seconds. The hydraulic pump is switched off. The machine stops with "Feed Stop" as long as thread-cutting isn't pending. 1. Check system pressure on hydraulic unit (possible leakage). 2. Check "Clamping hydraulics system pressure" pressure switch and the PLC input signal. 3. Check PLC output signal and the "Clamping hydraulics system pressure“ valve actuation 4. Turn off the control with the key [Control OFF] 5. Turn on the control with the key [Control ON] Hydraulic pump runs again. 6. Press the following key: [FEED START] Message is cleared.
