Both sensors "Workpiece changer locked" and "Workpiece changer lifted" signal at the same time. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. Desired function is not executed. 1. Check the sensors "Workpiece changer locked" and "Workpiece changer lifted". 2. Check the PLC input signals. 3. Once the malfunction has been eliminated, switch off the control with the [Control OFF] key. 4. Turn on the control with the key [Control ON]. Message is cleared. The workpiece changer can be moved to its home position with the service function M90 and M271 as far as the sensors signal OK again. Chapter 2.11 ‘Workpiece change’ on page 12
