„Coolant“ or „Minimum lubrication“ is switched on, but the chip conveyor is not selected. The monitoring action “Chip conveyor not selected“ will only take place at the end of a “variable time“ and under the following conditions: X-axis at position 0 Y-axis at position 0 Z-axis at position 0 M6 (tool change) or end of program ( M30 ) Feed Stop and Spindle Stop (with retracting time) All coolant pumps are switched off. 1. Activate chip conveyor with the [Chip conveyor] key. 2. Press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared and the machining program can be continued. The chip conveyor should run as soon as the coolant is selected and should only be switched off briefly when emptying the chip container. The slotted hole screen box becomes clogged if the chip conveyor is switched off for a longer period of time, and the lifting pump cannot convey any coolant, resulting in the dirty water tank overflowing. The variable time can be adapted to suit production (chip generation) within the range of 1 to 20 minutes. --> Chip conveyor monitoring activated In the machining program, the function M263 was output, which monitors whether the corresponding operating state has been activated. Feed Stop, if the corresponding operating state is not activated during a query. 1. Select the required “operating condition“ by pressing the respective key. 2. Check whether the option is set for the corresponding function. 3. Check whether the function was activated in the corresponding menus. 4. Press [FEED START], [RESET] or [Control OFF] key. Message is cleared and the machining program can be continued. These messages will appear immediately after output of the Mfunction, even when the respective option has been deactivated (PLC – machine data).
