Code 700211: Error chip spiral

Chip screw was overloaded (blocked) and the monitoring module has responded. PLC input signal "Chip screw malfunction“ is not present. Feed Stop at next rapid feed ( G0 ) or at end of program. (Program end with M02, M30 or change work area / table side) Error messages Cooling lubrication Error chip spiral 1. Check chip screw (blocked, chip pile-up, etc.). Observe safety precautions! 2. Check the setting of the monitoring module according to the setting instructions. (See circuit diagram for standard setting). 3. Check the PLC input signal "Chip screw malfunction". 4. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press the following key: [FEED START] Message is cleared. CAUTION! Danger of injury from the chip screw. When the chip screw is blocked, mechanical stress can build up in the screw. Never remedy the cause for the blockage by removing material from the screw with your hands.
