Code 701745: Time monitoring max. paper filter coolant level

Sensor "Coolant level paperband filter MAX" signalled (signal state = 1) over a longer period of time (T62). The PLC input signal "Coolant level paperband filter MAX" is present. The error has the following effect as soon as the end of the machining program has been reached: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. "Spindle Stop" Tool spindle is stopped. Speed no longer possible. The 1st coolant pump, the 2nd coolant pump and the bed rinsing are then turned off. For MT series: Channel-specific "Read-in stop" after pulling bar call ( M450 ) or workpiece counting pulse ( M60 ) on this channel. The other channel, respectively, continues to run until the next tool change or rapid feed ( G0 ). The 1st coolant pump, the 2nd coolant pump and the bed rinsing are then turned off. 1. Check filling level in the paperband filter. 2. Check the "Coolant level paperband filter MAX" sensor and the PLC input signal. 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared.
