Official Troubleshooting Steps
Tool life of cutting edge 1 of a tool is expired (applications/run time). Feed Stop after end of program (Program end with M02, M30 or change work area / table side) Tool attribute A of the corresponding tool will be set to (3). Exchange corresponding tool. See sequence description for the tool exchange, page 54. The exact fault diagnosis by which tool the tool life has expired, can be found under menu [Tool Managem.]. Corresponding tool is shown in the line Error on tool [ * * ] If need be, the program can be continued by "acknowledging" the error with the [FEED START] key (until the next "end of program", etc.).It is up to the operator to decide for how long he can continue to use the "expired" tool.
