Official Troubleshooting Steps
Tool changing was terminated, but it was established that the PLC input signal „magazine place free" was active during the entire changing operation. During the tool change, the sensor is monitored for a signal change from (1) to (0). Feed Stop/Spindle Stop after ending the tool change. The program should be interrupted. 1. Check the sensor and PLC input signal "Magazine place free". 2. Check the setting of the sensor relative to the adjustment instructions. NOTICE! The sensor may only be adjusted by trained and instructed personnel. 3. Once the malfunction has been remedied, press [RESET] key Message is cleared.
