While fetching or depositing a tool from/in the magazine chain, it was determined that the PLC input signal "Magazine place free (magazine chain)" was registered during the entire change. During the tool change, the sensor is monitored for a signal change from (1) to (0). Error messages Tool change Check sensor: >Magazine place free (magazine chain)< Tool gripper is still moved to the home position. Afterwards, the tool loader functions are stopped. 1. Check the sensor and the PLC input signal "Magazine place free (magazine chain)". 2. Check the setting of the sensor relative to the adjustment instructions. NOTICE! Adjustment should only be carried out by trained and instructed personnel. 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared.
