The coolant (high pressure) was switched on, but after the monitoring delay time elapsed, the PLC input signal "Flow control device, coolant high pressure (1)" is still at signal state [0]. After switching on the coolant, the flow control device is monitored at signal state [1] after a short delay time. Read disable Feed Stop / Spindle Stop The 2nd coolant pump is switched off. 1. Check coolant flow. Possible causes: Patrol filter in pipe to the column is blocked Tool channel blocked Purolator filter blocked Shut-off cock closed Error messages Cooling lubrication Flow monitor coolant high pressure (1) 2. Check the PLC output signal and activation for the 2nd coolant pump and 2nd coolant valve. 3. Check the setting of the flow control device and the coolant flow. 4. Check the PLC input signal “flow control device, coolant high pressure (1)“. 5. Press the following key: [FEED START] Pump is reactivated. Keep pressing the key until the flow control device signals OK. 6. If it doesn't signal OK, when the key is released, the pump is switched off again. To set the flow control device, service function M88 can be programmed. Pump is now no longer switched off in the event of an error. The delay time variable for monitoring during switch-on is set to 5 seconds by default. Flow control device, coolant high pressure (1): DB181.DBD2500 in ms If there is no flow control device in the system, this monitoring function can be deactivated with a machine parameter. Without flow control device coolant high pressure: MD 14512[29] bit 1 = 0
