代碼 700400: Safety clutch Z-axis disengaged

Safety clutch of the Z-axis has released. Movement command for the Z-axis is blocked. (A movement of the other axes is still possible) 1. Switch to manual mode. 2. Set feed override switch to 10% (higher settings will be reduced to 10%). 3. Press [Z] key. 4. Activate bridging switch "Z-axis coupling" and at the same time move the Z-axis with key [ + ]. Z-axis motor moves in (+) direction until the safety clutch engages again. After the safety clutch has engaged, the movement command is blocked and the brake for the safety clutch is released again. 5. Press RESET. The message 700432 RE-APPROACH Z-AXIS HOME POSITION (CLUTCH RELEASED) appears. The safety clutch was triggered when traversing the Z-axis (e.g.: as a result of a collision). Safety clutch is also triggered if actuation of the brake „Release safety clutch“ does not occur when traversing the Z-axis (possible defective relay).
