Official Troubleshooting Steps
Actuation "Close fire protection door" was output, but the PLC input signal "Fire protection door closed" is missing. Function "Close fire protection door" is actuated pneumatically at the same time as the function "Lock workpiece changer". No program start is possible. If the error occurs during machining, the program runs to the end and is stopped afterwards when the workpiece changer swivels. 1. Check the sensor "Fire protection door closed" and the PLC input signal. 2. Check the actuation and the valve "Lock workpiece changer". Error messages Extinguishing system Fire protection door not closed 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared and the machining program can be continued.
