The coolant (bed rinsing) was switched on, but after the monitoring delay time elapsed, the PLC input signal "Flow control device for bed rinsing" is still at signal state (0). After switching on the coolant, the flow control device is monitored at signal state (1) after a short delay time. Feed Stop "Spindle Stop" 1. Check the PLC output signal and the control for the bed rinsing pump. 2. Check the setting of the flow control device and the coolant flow. 3. Check the PLC input signal "Flow control device for bed rinsing". 4. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [DELETE ERROR] Message is cleared. The delay time variable for monitoring during switch-on is set to 5 seconds by default. Flow control device for bed rinsing: DB181.DBD2536 in ms If there is no flow control device in the system, this monitoring function can be deactivated with a machine parameter.
