Official Troubleshooting Steps
The exhaust fan was switched off, but after the monitoring delay time elapsed, the PLC input signal "Flow control device, exhaust fan (1)/(2)" was still at signal state (1). After switching off the exhaust fan, the flow control device is monitored at signal state (0) after a short delay time. Monitoring takes place as soon as no Rapid feed (G00) is active. Feed STOP and Spindle STOP 1. Check the setting of the flow control device. 2. Check the PLC input signal "Flow control device, exhaust fan (1)/(2)“. 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared. The delay time variable for monitoring during switch-off is set to 5 seconds by default.
