The tool change was cancelled for some reason. (Reset, emergency off, malfunction of changer, etc.) No program start is possible. If "Manual mode" is switched to, the [ Tool ch.home pos. ] key flashes. 1. Remedy any malfunctions. 2. Switch to "Manual mode". 3. Press [TOOL CH HOME POS.] key. Changer moves to its home position. Message is cleared and the machine is ready for operation again. Definition of tool changer home position: The Y-axis may no longer be in the tool change area (position <=0). The tool changer cover must be closed. The tool should be clamped.
