Check the proximity switch "tool correctly inserted (loading position)" and the PLC input signal. 4. Check the ultrasonic sensor "magazine place vacant (loading position)" and the PLC input signal. Possible combinations: Tool removed: Magazine place free = 1 + tool correctly inserted = 0 Tool inserted: Magazine place free = 0 + tool correctly inserted = 1 5. Once the switches signal correctly again, the movement command for the tool magazine is enabled again. 6.
