Code 701211: Centric tensioner not activated in the tool revolver

M410 (Clamp centric tensioner) or M411 (Unclamp centric tensioner) was programmed. No revolver place was entered for the centric tensioner in the PLC machine parameter 14510[23]. M414 (Retract index) or M415 (Extend index) was programmed, although the centric tensioner is not in the machining position of the revolver. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. Enter the revolver place in which the centric tensioner is located in the general machine parameter 14510[23]. 1. Put the centric tensioner in the machining position of the revolver. 2. Check whether the correct tool place has been defined for the centric tensioner and whether or not the centric tensioner is actually in the machining position. 3. Press [RESET] key.
