Actuation "Clamp centric tensioner" is output, but there is no response from the sensor. PLC input signal "Centric tensioner clamped" is not registered. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. If the sensor signals are correct within a monitoring period, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. Error messages Tool revolver Centric tensioner not clamped 1. Check sensor "Centric tensioner clamped" and the PLC input signal. 2. Once the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] key. Message is cleared. If the centric tensioner is in the machining position, the message applies to channel 1 and channel 3. If the centric tensioner is not in the machining position, the message only applies to channel 3.
