Code 701402: Malfunction minimum lubrication

Minimal lubrication (MMS) was activated ( M501 to 516 ), but the MMS system signals an error (abort message). Error messages Minimal lubrication Malfunction minimum lubrication Corresponding cause of error is displayed on the housing of the MMS system: 0 - Medium EMPTY 1 - Medium OVERFILLED 2 - No AIR supply pressure 5 - No volume flow to the tool The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. "Spindle Stop" Tool spindle is stopped. Speed no longer possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. 1. Eliminate the cause of error on the "MMS system". 2. Check actuation of MMS system (e.g. voltage supply). 3. Check PLC input signals MINIMUM LUBRICATION OUT DATA BCD 1,2,4,8 from MMS system. 4. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [CYCLE START] [FEED START] Message is cleared and the machining program can be continued.
