Code 701411: Mist collector water level overflow

Float switch "Water level overflow" on the exhaust fan has responded (signal state (0)). After activating the system, the overflow is monitored only after the time set in the variable timer (VT 14) has elapsed. [Default = 30 seconds]. The error message is output immediately and the "fresh water" valve is switched off. The exhaust fan is not switched off. Feed Stop as soon as one of the following states occurs. Check whether the fresh water supply to the mist collector (exhaust fan) has been correctly established: Hand valve still open, „Fresh water“ valve defective (stuck), etc. 2. Check the „Water level overflow“ float switch on the exhaust fan and the associated PLC input signal. 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared. As long as the error is pending, the exhaust fan cannot be switched off with the [Exhaust fan] key.
