Code 701443: Mist collector water level minimum

"Water level MIN exhaust fan" float switch on the exhaust fan signalled "Minimum" (signal status (0)) for longer than 15 seconds. Fresh water supply has not been established. Error messages Suction system Mist collector water level minimum The „Fresh water“ valve is switched on after the float switch reacts. The error message appears as soon as the float switch signals „Minimum“ for longer than 15 seconds. Feed Stop and switch off the exhaust fan as soon as one of the following states occurs: Tool change ( M06 ) Z-axis at position 0 End of program / work area change 1. Check whether the fresh water supply to the mist collector (exhaust fan) has been established. 2. Check the PLC output and the „Fresh water“ valve actuation. 3. Check the „Water level MIN exhaust fan“ float switch on the exhaust fan and the associated PLC input signal. 4. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared.
