"Oil/air lubrication, vacuum suction nozzle valve on" was actuated, but there was no response from the "Oil/air lubrication, vacuum suction nozzle negative pressure available (SP2)" sensor within 5 seconds. The early warning of this malfunction was already signalled 100 hours ago, but within this time, the malfunction was not remedied. After the end of the program (M30, work area change), the machine stops. Feed STOP and Spindle STOP Read disable 1. Check the filter of the oil/air lubrication (contamination). 2. Check the actuation of the "Oil/air lubrication, vacuum suction nozzle valve on" valve. 3. Check the PLC input signal and the "Oil/air lubrication, vacuum suction nozzle negative pressure available (SP2)" sensor (sensor setting). 4. Check the functionality of the Venturi nozzle for generating negative pressure. 5.
